How do you book the studio?

To secure your booking, simply visit our online booking page. Select your preferred date and time, then follow the prompts to complete your reservation. For custom booking requirements, feel free to contact us directly.

Do you have a roller door?

YES! We have a huge automatic roller door you can open. This is great for you to easily unload your car from, however please DO NOT bring your car into The Space.

Can I shoot with natural light?

Yes, open our big roller door and you'll get beautiful natural light all day. 

What is the studio's cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. For more details, refer to our full cancellation policy.

Are food and beverages allowed in the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks into the studio. However, please be mindful to clean up any spills or messes to keep the space in top condition for all clients.

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer convenient on-site parking. Parking is free for all studio clients, with spots located directly outside the building for easy equipment loading and unloading. If studio car parks are taken or you have more than 1 vehicle, we invite you to off load items, then park outside the complex.  

Can I bring my own props and equipment?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any props, gear, or set items needed for your shoot. If you have specific requirements, please inform us in advance so we can help accommodate your setup.

Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings or long-term hire?

Yes, we’re happy to offer discounted rates for clients with regular booking needs or extended rentals. Contact us directly for tailored pricing options.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Our studio is designed to be accessible, with convenient entry points and spacious layouts. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please reach out so we can make any necessary arrangements.

What are your studio hours?

Our standard hours are 8:00am-7:00pm, but we’re flexible and can arrange extended hours upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need additional time outside regular hours.
